Asian Durability Tester for Swings as per IS 9873 and ISO 8124,  This instrument is used for Toys Test.
Purpose: To conduct Durability test for suspension connectors
and means of suspension as per
Related Standard : Cl 6.8 of IS 9873 (Part 4): 2017
Principle: Suspension connectors and means of suspension are
cycled 180 000 times under load to simulate use.
Technical Requirements:
1. Load : 27kg, 37kg, 54kg and 60kg
2. Swing angle : (45, 60, and 90 ±50)
3. Test speed : 1~60 r/min
For the safety of children when they are playing on Swings, a
Durability test machine is recommended to check if the
Suspension Connector is robust enough after many times of use

                 Durability test for swings is important safety test for swings. There shall be no loosening or structural failure of the suspension connectors when tested by Asian swings durability tester.

 

            Suspension connectors and means of suspension are cycled 180 000 times under load to simulate use.

 

             The Asian Durability tester for swings is made on rigid metallic platform. There is an arrangement for holding the specimen on the horizontal shaft. The shaft is oscillating clockwise and anticlockwise direction at a particular angle. The shaft is oscillating by a gear box and motor. The angle is set with help of the proxy sensor.  There are six proxy sensors mounted on the back of the instrument, which is according to the standard swings angle. The selector switch is used for setting the swing angle.  There is a set of weight also supplied with the instrument. There is a six digit preset counter is also mounted, which count and control the total swings

Asian Kinetic Energy Tester is used for measure the maximum kinetic energy produce from projectile toy shoot bullets etc. in this equipment used a digital display controller for time and kinetic energy value. A toggle switch used for testing channels one by one. When toggle switch in down side then testing in internal channel and when toggle switch in upside then testing in external channel. Internal channel length is fixed while external channel length is adjustable. Equipment made by MS sheet fabricated and painted with powder coated paint for corrosion resistant finish. This is operating by single phase power supply.
